As a new resident, you are afforded the one-time option to terminate your lease without penalty within the first 30 days of your residency, no questions asked. You are only financially responsible for rent for the first full month of your lease plus payback of any concessions that may have been applied to your lease. Your security deposit will be fully refunded less any damages incurred during move-in or move-out.
