From leasing details to amenities and everything in between, we’ve gathered the most commonly asked questions to help you navigate your experience with us. Pet Policy

We have no breed or weight restrictions but resident must provide proper rental insurance to include aggressive breeds. 2 pet maximum. Current vet records with innoculations and photo are required.
There is a $250 non-refundable fee per pet plus $50/month for a dog and $35/month for cat per pet

Resident Responsibilities

Residents are responsible for electric services.
Utilities Included: Water, Sewer and Trash. Heat and Hot Water included in Buildings 1 - 7 ONLY

  • Select your desired apartment home; be sure to review the move-in date, lease term, and rental rate, and then click “Apply”.
  • Create an account to complete the application and follow the prompts through completion.
  • You will be required to verify your identification and income information.

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration.

You will need to provide goverment issued photo identification and social security card.

There is a $400 holding fee to reserve the apartment plus $55 application fees for anyone over 18 years of age due at the time of application.

Security deposits equal to one month’s rent, subject to applicant’s screening results. A security deposit alternative is available. Certain restrictions apply.

Renters insurance is required for all residents. As a service to our residents, we’ve partnered with Homebody insurance to provide our residents with pre-approved affordable and comprehensive coverage. At a minimum, our residents are required to insure $100,000 for personal liability. Friedman Realty Group, Inc. and the name of your apartment community must also be listed as “Additional Insured” on your policy. For more information please contact the leasing office.

Our apartments are not furnished, but we offer partnerships with national furniture rental companies. In addition, we are pleased to offer corporate accommodations. Please reach out to our leasing office for more information.

You can pay your rent online through our resident portal. We accept the following payment types:

  • Checking or Savings Account
  • Credit or Debit Card
