Whether you’re a current resident or considering making our apartment community your new home, we’re here to provide the answers you need. From leasing details to amenities and everything in between, we’ve gathered the most commonly asked questions to help you navigate your experience with us. Pet Policy

2 pet maximum; cats & dogs up to 55lbs combined weight; no aggressive breeds.
There is a $250 non-refundable fee per pet plus $25/month per cat.

Resident Responsibilities

Townhomes are responsible for water, sewer, electric, and gas. Apartments are responsible for water, sewer, electric.
Gas is included for apartments.

  • Select your desired apartment home; be sure to review the move-in date, lease term, and rental rate, and then click “Apply”.
  • Create an account to complete the application and follow the prompts through completion.
  • You will be required to verify your identification and income information.

Please Note: An application must be completed by each resident 18 years of age and older for consideration.

You will need to provide goverment issued photo identification and social security card.

There is a $250 holding fee required to secure your home. This is deducted off your move in upon application approval. If the application is not approved this is returned. There is also an application fee of $55 per applicant. Everyone 18 years of age is required to apply. Applicant fees are non-refundable.

Security deposits equal to one month’s rent, subject to applicant’s screening results. A security deposit alternative is available. Certain restrictions apply.

Renters insurance is required for all residents. As a service to our residents, we’ve partnered with Homebody insurance to provide our residents with pre-approved affordable and comprehensive coverage. At a minimum, our residents are required to insure $100,000 for personal liability. Friedman Realty Group, Inc. and the name of your apartment community must also be listed as “Additional Insured” on your policy. For more information please contact the leasing office.

No, our apartments are not furnished.

To enter a maintenance request, Click the Resident login located in the upper right corner of the screen or download the Resident Portal mobile App on Apple or Android.

You can pay your rent online through our resident portal. We accept the following payment types:

  • Checking or Savings Account
  • Credit or Debit Card

Parking is first come, first served.

We offer lease terms starting at 6 months.
