Even during these challenging times, Friedman Realty Group will remain open and ready to serve you. As direction from officials changes, we will do our best to update this page.

Because the safety of our residents, employees, and the community is of utmost importance, we are unfortunately not accepting any walk-ins. All tours are by appointment only and we can gladly assist you with virtual tours.

We encourage all of our residents and prospects to consider the following before making an appointment with our staff:

Are you currently or have you been previously in quarantine?

Have you been in contact with anyone who has been tested positive or is currently in quarantine?

Are you displaying symptoms?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, we kindly ask you to defer your appointments to a later date. We invite you to browse our website where you can find additional information, floor plans, and virtual tours. We hope you stay safe during this difficult time.

Information

Residents

  • Tours and any inquiries will be conducted only by phone or e-mail. We are not accepting walk-ins until further notice.
  • All resident events, activities, or gatherings are canceled until further notice.
  • Clubhouse, fitness centers, and amenity areas are closed until further notice.
  • Maintenance operations have resumed, and requests will be handled as business as usual. All maintenance personal will be equipped with PPE and will be following safety guidelines.
  • If you’re experiencing a hardship and are unable to pay your rent on time, we invite you to call your management office to discuss options

Business Hours Emergencies

The following services qualify for emergencies during normal business hours 

  • Lock-outs
  • No heat (in extreme temperatures)
  • Gas leak
  • Fire
  • Air conditioning not working (in extreme temperatures)
  • Water leaks
  • No running water
  • No hot water
  • Electrical issues
  • Broken, unusable toilet
  • Broken refrigerator (doesn’t get cold)
  • Carbon monoxide and/or smoke detectors
  • If not specifically listed, any matter that endangers the wellbeing of the residents, the integrity of the building, or requires immediate attention

After Business Hours Emergencies

The following services qualify for emergencies occurring after normal business hours:

  • Lock-outs
  • No heat
  • Gas leak
  • Fire
  • Air conditioning not working (in extreme temperatures)
  • Water leaks
  • No running water (no hot water will be addressed during the next day)
  • Electrical issues
  • Broken, unusable toilet (if there is only one bathroom we will dispatch that evening; if you have more than one bathroom, service will resume the next day)
  • Carbon monoxide and/or smoke detectors
  • If not specifically listed, any matter that endangers the wellbeing of the residents, the integrity of the building, or requires immediate attention

Additional Precautions

Our operations follow CDC and local public health guidance and we are taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and our residents. The following are some ways that you can help keep our communities safe. These are not intended to be official recommendations, and we encourage you to visit the CDC website for updated information and safety precaution tips.
Frequently wash your hands for 20 seconds or more
Avoid direct contact such as handshakes
Remember to clean and disinfect high traffic areas
Limit visits to the on-site offices
Communicate over the phone or via e-mail
Use the online portal to make online payments, and submit service requests

Stay Informed

Get up-to-date information about local COVID-19 activity from local health officials. Be aware of temporary school dismissals in your area, as this may affect your household’s daily routine.

Stay home if you are sick. Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms. If a member of your household is sick, stay home from school and work to avoid spreading COVID-19 to others. If your children are in the care of others, urge caregivers to watch for COVID-19 symptoms.
